This also makes your body stay in the optimum position and turn less to help you sleep more quietly.However, you can also use the reverse side of the mattress, where the HR foam used makes the mattress highly elasticThe mattress cover is removable and canbe washed at 60°C. This mattress is combination 8cm HR cold foam, 6 cm viscoelastic foam RG 50 and, 2 cm viscoelastic foam RG 40.
